Note: This option moves Orders from a stage of Adding Products to Despatch

Even though Event Kit Orders are closed (set to Despatch) automatically after 5 days these can also be closed manually.

Close open orders for all sub events will close all orders for all sub events on this main event

Close open orders for a selected event will close orders for the event that is highlighted

Orders can manually be set to a Stage of Products Sent and then they can be Completed by way of the order or all Sent orders can be Completed via the Complete Orders button under the Merchandise Modules.
