Event Kits are only available with Automation. If you do not have automation and would like to know more please contact thankQ Solutions’ Account Manager.

An event kit containing the following documentation for each registered supporter can be generated:

•Authority to Fundraise letter

•Order form (host events only)

•Merchandise Reconciliation Form (merchandise events only)

•Bank Deposit Slip

•Receipt book (if applicable)

•Receipt request sheets (host & merchandise events)

Kit information is captured against the supporter’s event registration when an event kit is generated:

•Event kit date sent

•Product

•Number of kits

•Order number
