A “Write Kit” option enables the generation of documentation for Event Kits that are unfulfilled and ready for despatch.

A kit is ready for despatch if there are no “Open” orders.

The following two features assist in batching together multiple orders.

•Auto Close flag that can be set on an Order

•An overnight scheduled task that will automatically close any eligible orders flagged for Auto Close.  An eligible Order is one which is Open and was created 5 days ago or more.  The 5 days is configurable by an administrator level user.

For Event Kits that do not contain a merchandise component, there will be no open orders and so the event kit will be ready for despatch.
