When the mail-merge operation executes, the output will be directed to a designated printer. The selected template becomes a standard word document with several sheets (per contact) to accommodate the welcome letter, authority to fundraise, inventory checklist, deposit slip (first page), deposit slip x 3 (second page) and any other event specific pages. Note that each event type will have its own template that will include some or all of the pages mentioned above.

The selection of the templates to merge to will be controlled by a set of rules.
