ThankQ comes with 10 preset roles covering the core modules. These are described in the following table.

TQ Contacts Role |
Users can create and edit Contacts, run contact reports and add/edit or delete Communication entries, Additional Addresses, Mailing Preferences, Relationships, Households, Groups and Actions. Send a letter or email to one contact and log as a Communication entry. |
TQ Mailings Role |
Use the Mail Module to create mailings addressed to multiple contacts. Includes access to Segmentation and Household grouping options. |
TQ Payments Role |
Create and Approve Batches. Process Payments, run Finance Reports and load payments into a Batch via Excel. |
TQ Pledge Role |
Create Edit and Process Pledges. This includes managing pledge instalments (e.g. adding, removing, writing down or placing instalments on hold). |
TQ Finance Role |
Users can create and edit Source and Destination codes. Can also create excel templates to import payments via Excel and manage Pledge Administration options. |
TQ Administrator Role |
Access to all the system administration features. This role should only be given to users that have attended this thankQ Administrators course |
TQ Event Role |
Users can create and edit Events, process event bookings and run event related reports. |
TQ Membership Role |
Create and Edit Membership Types and process Memberships and associated payments. |
TQ Bequest Role |
Read/Write access to the Bequest and Legacy module. Users will be able to manage a Bequest Prospecting programme in thankQ and record Bequest payments from deceased contacts |
TQ Canvassing Prospects Role |
Provides Read/Write access to the Canvassing and Prospects Module, including CRM, Next Ask, RFM and Moves Management functionality. |
