thankQ Help

An Access Right enables a user to access a specific part of thankQ functionality.  This could be full or limited access.

A Role is simply a group of related Access Rights.  For example, an Events Role would contain all the Access Rights required to work successfully in the Events Module.

ThankQ comes shipped with 10 Preset Roles.  These preset roles enable you to provide access to the relevant thankQ modules quickly and easily.

Access Rights and Roles allow you to restrict which areas of the system a user has access to.  You can have different roles for different users.

Access Rights and Roles always take precedence over License Types. For example, a person with a FULL license that has access rights to the Contact Module only will only be able to access information in the Contact Module.
