thankQ Help
Access Rights and Roles control access to five areas. These are as follows:
Main Menu |
The thankQ Main Menu is where all the thankQ modules can be accessed. A user will only see the modules to which they have been granted Access Rights. |
Menus |
Access to the options on the Menus at the top of thankQ forms control access to options on the menus. |
RightMouseClick and Cogs |
On most thankQ forms, there is a large white area at the bottom of the screen. Options for adding and or removing information from this area can be accessed by a Right Mouse Click or a Cog |
Toolbar |
Access to the options on the Toolbars at the top of thankQ forms is controlled by the Toolbar Access Right. |
Workflow |
Workflow is used to indicate the progress of processes within thankQ. Different options will be available at each stage in a workflow process. These options are listed to the left hand side of the form. |
