1.Click on the Analysis Summary tab
2.Right click on the Rule number to be selected
3.Select Goto Contacts for this Rule
4.Click Write on the tool bar of the Contact form
5.Select an option to write a letter or email to the displayed contact or all contacts
6.Click Yes to message about mail merge to selected contacts
7.Click OK through the Mailing Preference dialog
8.If an Apply Joint Salutation dialog appears select to have Joint (household) Salutations
9.Select a letter template from the list
10.Once printed Log the letter into thankQ by way of the thankQ tab
11.Enter a Subject for the Letter
