When creating a registration, thankQ will use its de-duplication function to scan existing registrations for that event in an attempt to match the entered contact details against an existing registration.

These de-duplication results will be ranked based on a point score, with the highest scoring at the top showing the most likely duplicates.

For Event Registrations, the New Registration pane will contain basic contact fields (Title, First Name, Surname, Address, Telephone, and Email).

The Possible Duplicates pane will contain basic Registration data: Title, First Name, Surname, Address, Telephone, Email, Date of Registration, Registration Type (i.e. Adult).
