Saved thankQ searches are dynamic so they are always current at the time of running.

The Mail Manager will automatically remove any contacts that have the following but the searches can exclude these so they do not attempt to load.

•No Address

•Have Do Not Mail ticked on their record

•Have Unsubscribed to a particular Mailing Preference

•Are in the same household (if Apply Households selected in mailing)

When creating searches for a campaign that are going to be segmented the searches should not overlap into each other.

Also note that past Mailings, Searches, Groups etc can be excluded from any mailings either from the search or in the mailing itself.
