Mailing Preferences can be set for certain types of mailings as and when contacts on your database request them. Different types of mailing preferences are created so mailings can be tailored to suit your contacts requirements.
Contacts can subscribe to certain types of mailings and unsubscribe to others.
Grey tick = virtual – Contact does not have a preference one way or the other for this Mailing Type - Contact's Do Not Mail checkbox is NOT Ticked. |
Grey cross = virtual – Contact does not have a preference one way or the other for this Mailing Type - Contact's Do Not Mail checkbox is Ticked. |
Green tick = explicit – the contact has requested to subscribe to this type of mailing. |
Red cross = explicit – the contact has requested to unsubscribe to this type of mailing. |
