This tab displays the number of Contacts with the Minimum, Maximum and Total Donations

Looking at the data under the Results Summary tab we can see that the scoring is indeed independent of each R F M rank. There are contacts who have donated more recently and frequently but not as much monetary. There are contacts who have donated more frequently but not very recently nor much monetary. There are contacts who have donated more monetary but not very frequently nor very recently. |
2.Click on the Results Breakdown tab
This tab displays the individual contacts with their Ranking Scores and Total Donation
3.Click on the Scalar Summary tab
This tab totals the Ranking scores, shows the number of Contacts, Minimum Donation, Maximum Donation and Total Donations
The Scalar Summary sublist displays a breakdown by the RFM score eg

Analyse:
•Right click on the RFM Ranking Score 10
•Select Go to Selected Contacts
•Look at the records under Table View at address details to see if there is a trend in area
•Run a Report and select fields such as Occupation, Gender, Marital Status, Age etc to analyse
4.Click on the Scalar Breakdown tab
This tab displays each Contact with their Total Ranking score and Total Donation
5.Click on the Outcomes tab
6.Click on the pick list beside the date to select
You can select Date Ranges, link Mailings and Source Codes to assess your data
•The dates can be changed to analyse date ranges
•Mailings can be linked to assess the success of these
•Source codes can be added and removed to assess what people are giving to more often

Exercise:
•Create a Basic Matrix for donations in 2010, 2012 or 2013 or combine the years 2010 to 2013
•Look at the various tabs to view the rankings and donations
•Go to a Selection on contacts and see if there are any similarities to the donors
•Test the Outcomes with different Source Codes, adding and removing them
