Scenario: We want to run a basic analysis of all donations received in 2014 and look at any similarities in the donors
The default option is Basic, which means that the Recency, Frequency and Monetary rankings will be calculated independently of the other rankings.
1.Click New on the tool bar
2.Enter an RFM Name under the Details tab
3.Enter a Description of the analysis
4.Click on the Constraints tab
5.Enter or Select a Start and End date range
6.Click OK
7.Click the Run button on the tool bar
8.Click Yes to confirm you wish to run the campaign
9.Click OK to the message that the campaign run is complete
