Campaigns, Divisions, Sub-divisions, Hosts and Guests may be added to or removed from the event via the Host-Guest Events Tree.  

Each time a change is made you will be required to nominate if the change is temporary or permanent.  The following message will be displayed.

•Click the button that reflects the nature of the change you are making.

•Temporary changes will be made only on the Host-Guest Events Tree.

•Permanent changes will be made on both the Host-Guest Events tree and the main Template

Any temporary changes will be indicated as such on the Host-Guest Events tree and can be made permanent at a later stage if necessary.
