Items from an order may be returned by the customer if they are not fully satisfied with the product. There are three different types of ‘return’ that can be initiated:
Replacement/Swap - assumes that there is to be no financial refund. Original products will be recorded as scrapped and the qty ordered will be increased according to the number of replacements.
Scrap Item - assumes a financial refund, therefore associated approved payment(s) reversed / partially reversed accordingly, original products recorded as scrapped.
Return to Stock - assumes a financial refund, therefore associated approved payment(s) reversed / partially reversed accordingly, original products returned to warehouse.
