Enter Additional Notes about an Order

1.Click the Audit tab

2.Click the Edit button

3.Enter your Notes

4.Click the Timestamp button which is located on the left hand side of the Notes to record the date and time that the Notes were entered

5.Click OK

The Audit tab also details which user created or last modified the record and when the order was completed and by whom.
