The Preferences tab on the Contact form can be used to record the Invoice and Delivery Addresses.
Mailing Preferences can be set up for Order Delivery or for Order Invoice so those preferred addresses are used for the Delivery Address and for the Invoice Address respectively. |
If the invoice or delivery Contact is a different organisation or individual to that associated with the customer order, you may wish to create records representing these contacts instead of either overwriting the address in the order or editing mailing preferences on the contact’s record.
If a separate record is created the different organisation or individual can be selected from the icon beside Title.
