thankQ Help

It is possible to monitor your email mailing within the Mail module in thankQ.  If you have automation the information will be downloaded automatically and unsubscribes and bounces will be applied.

If you do not have automation this can be downloaded manually. Once information is download from eMailer you can view who opened the email, and deal with unsubscribe requests and bounced emails directly in thankQ.
