thankQ Help

Reports can be viewed using the eMailer campaign manager or using thankQ.  The reports will show you the following:

•Who opened the email.

•If the email bounced (ie was not delivered)

•Who unsubscribed

•If the email contained hyperlinks, which links were opened.

•Who forwarded the email to a colleague.
