thankQ Help
By default, roles are only available to contacts that are in thankQ. If the contact is not in thankQ, you can use the Guest role. For memberships that can be shared by more than one person, use the Guest role. ThankQ will generate a unique serial number for each guest role.
1.Right click on the role and select one of the following options.
Make this Role Available to Contacts & Guests |
allows both thankQ and Guest contacts to be assigned to this role |
Make the Role Available to Contacts Only |
allows only thankQ contacts to be assigned to this role |
Make the Role Available to Guests Only |
allows this role to be assigned to Guest contacts only. This is a useful option if you wish to allow more than one person to share a membership or provide a transferable guest pass |
2.Once the option has been selected, it will appear in the Available To column within the roles tab area.
