thankQ Help

You can if you want configure your thankQ raffles to allow recurring purchases of raffle tickets by contacts. This will work in a way very similar to that of Recurring Donations and Pledges only the money will be spent on raffle tickets. It is assumed that you are familiar with the process of using Pledges in thankQ, if not please make sure you understand how pledges work in thankQ before using the Recurring Raffles feature.

To use Recurring Raffles this make sure you have set up the Lottery/Raffle record, along with the required Discounts, Draws, Prizes, etc. After you have completed this you may add Recurring Raffles to contacts using the following methods:

- Adding a Recurring Raffle Purchase to the contact's individually, via the contact form. The process for adding these Recurring Raffles is described in Make a Contact have a Recurring Purchase.

- Add Recurring Raffle purchase records via Data Import (see the Data Import EDI help topic for further information).

- Add Recurring Raffle purchase records via the Web (see the Web Modules and Web CMS 2 help topic for further information).
