When your lottery has finished and you are no longer performing draws/accepting tickets or making any other changes to it you should set your lottery to the status of Finished and then to Closed. Please do this as follows:

1.To finish the lottery, select the Finish Lottery option from 3 Admin or Admin.

2.Click Yes to confirm.

3.The Status of the Lottery will change from Prize Drawn to Finished.

4.When you are absolutely sure that you are completely done with this lottery you can set it's final status as Closed. To do this run Close Lottery from 3 Admin or Admin.

5.Select Yes if you wish to confirm the closure of this lottery record.

6.Lottery status has now been set to Closed.

7.If you want to reopen a lottery you can set it's status to Open again. To do this run Reopen Lottery from 3 Admin or Admin.

8.Press Yes to confirm the reopening.

9.Status of the lottery has now been reset to Open.
