Sync Raffle to the Web

If you have access to the Web Lottery/Raffle feature then you will need to synchronise the lottery records you have created to the web. When customers have purchased tickets you will need to then pull this data from the web into thankQ so that it can be processed. To set your lottery up for web access please do the following:

1.        Go to the lottery record you are setting up and select Edit (you can also select New if you are creating a new record from scratch).

2.Make sure that you select the tick box called Web Publish. Make sure as well that you have set an appropriate ticket range for tickets purchased from the Web so that they can be distinguished from tickets processed through thankQ or Data Import. You will also need to provide a Donation Source Code which will distinguish between the payments intended to purchase tickets and payments made for donation purposes.

3.        Repeat the above two steps for every lottery record you want to upload to the web.

4.Once you have configured the records press the Web Sync button and then login to the web once the Web Sync has finished. For more information on how to configure your Umbraco page please see the Web CMS 2 section called Setup the Raffle Page.
