You may like to filter the report by the Date, Status and possibly the Source code.

1.Right click on sqlDataSource1 and select Manage Queries

2.Click on Add on Manage Queries window

3.Click Run Query Builder

4.Double click on the Tbl_PledgeHeader table

5.Tick PledgeStatus and SourceCode

6.Enter Alias names and change the Sorting Type to Ascending

7.Click OK
