1.To create a new class entry, click the New button on the Class Details form.

2.The Class ID field will be completely automatically with a unique class ID.  The Status field will display “No Students”, but can be changed to any of the other statuses.  This field is explained in more detail in Class Status Explained. There is a Lookup Value called Auto Calculate Class Status that can be set to Yes to make the class status automatically calculated.
