There may be times when Prospects who have been assigned a Canvasser need to be reassigned to another Canvasser.
Any history such as communications will retain the information of the previous canvasser.
1.Make sure the new Canvasser has a thankQ user account and is a contact on the database
2.Add the new Canvasser to the Canvasser Lists
3.Click on Prospects tab
4.Right click and select Edit Canvasser (for Section of Prospects)
5.If there are several Canvassers, enter a search in the Canvasser field, press enter or the filter icon
6.Click Select All to select all the Prospects associated with this Canvasser or place a tick beside the ones to move
7.Click Edit
8.Locate and select the new Canvasser. Either double click or highlight and click OK
9.Click Yes to reassign the Prospects
If these Prospects have the Primary Manager set, search for the old Primary Manager and do a global update to change to the new Primary Manager if applicable as you may have a person in your organisation who is responsible for the Contact but is not actually the person who is speaking to them. |
