Finally, think about whether a supporter should receive a certain type of mailing, even if they are set as Do Not Mail.  A common scenario is a Receipt.  To add a Receipt (or other mailing preference) as a Do Not Mail Exclusion, expand the Mailing Preference Do Not Mail Exclusions folder then add any mailing preferences such as Receipt.
