When creating Relationships, you will be prompted to enter the type of relationship, for example, Husband, Wife, Employee etc.  The Relationships Lookup folder holds values for the various types of relationships.  This lookup folder works slightly differently to other lookup folders.

Expand the Relationships Lookup folder. (Note this folder is below the Web folders).  Two subfolders will appear called Individual and Organisation
