The Management of Membership using thankQ requires the user to execute various tasks, usually in a set sequence. There are five distinct phases.

Activate Membership

Payment Phase

Process Membership Payments

Renewal Phase

Generate Membership Renewals

Maintenance Phase

Rejoin Lapsed Members

Terminate Memberships

Upgrading Memberships

Reporting Phase

Set Budget Forecasts

Generate Membership Cards

Generate Membership Report

 

The renewal phase will also involve a further payment, so the payment and renewal phase are cyclic.
