Source and destination codes provide a facility for tracking money that is received and processed by your organisation.

Source and Destination Codes need to be configured before you use any of the modules of thankQ that involve raising or allocating funds. This includes the Grants Module.  

Grants can be sourced from various government bodies, private foundations or corporations. Each organisation will have specific projects and funds that the money will be directed to.

The use of Source and Destination Codes facilitates accurate reporting. You’ll also be able to establish the most successful grants and determine how money received from grants was used.

Source Code – a source code is a code that is set up so the source of money raised can be tracked by thankQ.

Destination Code – a destination code is a code that is set up so money raised can be identified for a particular purpose.
