Renewals are created by searching the customer and clicking on the Renew Subscriptions workflow.

When a subscription is renewed the existing order will be closed and a new subscription opened.

1.Locate the Customer on the Order form.

2.Click on the Renew Subscriptions workflow option.

The existing order is closed and a new subscription created.
