Access Warehouses

1.Click the Merchandise module tab on the main thankQ menu

2.Click the Warehouses icon

The Warehouses form contains the following fields

Warehouse tab	Description
Warehouse ID	The unique ID of the Warehouse
Name	The name of the Warehouse
Archived	A status that shows whether the Warehouse has been archived
Default	A status that shows whether the Warehouse is a default Warehouse
Contact ID	The Serial Number of the main contact at the Warehouse
Name	The name of the main contact at the Warehouse
Details tab
Location ID	The Serial Number of the contact record for the location of the Warehouse
Location Name	The Name of the Location. When you tab into this filed, it will be automatically populated
Address Fields	Address1, Address2, Suburb, State and Postcode
Contact Details	Email Address, Telephone Number and Fax Number
ABN	The Australian Business Number for the Warehouse
Description	Detailed description of the Warehouse
