A Warehouse must be created before stock can be ordered and Products received into the Warehouse.

The collection of all products is referred to as Stock.

A ‘Warehouse’ can be any area that you use to store your products. Eg A dedicated warehouse, a shop, a garage, a rented storage area or even a cupboard in your office.

Multiple Warehouses can be set up. Each Warehouse record will show information about the location and main contact for the Warehouse, the products that each Warehouse stocks and the stock movement for each product.

ThankQ also provides a facility for stock to be transferred from one Warehouse to another.
