A folder should be created to hold your rules for ease of access.
1.Right click in the window on the left of the Power Search for Moves Rules Definition window
2.Click on New Folder
3.Enter a Folder Name
4.Click on the drop down arrow under Add Statement and select Include
5.Click on the drop down arrow in the next field
6.Click on the Donations folder
7.Move down to SUM OF DONATIONS of less than or equal to ? between ? and ? MONTHS ago
8.Enter the amount for your first rule eg 99
9.Enter the number of months eg 1
10.Click the Add button
Click the Count button to get the number of contacts using this rule |
11.Click the Count button again and you will notice a difference in the number of contacts.
