When you have finished loading contacts, you can move to the next stage of the mailing.  

1.To access the Mailing Options, click on Contacts Prepared under Workflow to move your mailing to the next stage

2.The Stage will change to Configuring Mailing and new Workflow options appear on the left.

Mail Manager can be configured via Lookup Values to automatically run Field Rules, Mailsort and Household rules.

Mailsort is used in conjunction with Postcode Lookup Software. If the mailing is sorted for the Post Office you can receive discounts.

Only the options under Workflow that are required should be applied.
