Create Period Fixed Memberships using the Pro-Rata Calculation Option

ThankQ supports the following membership plans

•Period Rolling

•Period Fixed

•Period Fixed Pro-Rata

•Discounted Memberships

If your organisation offers memberships with a fixed period and permits pro-rata calculations, the member will sign up for a set period e.g. January to December, July to June but will only pay a percentage of the full membership amount, depending on their signup date.

For example, if the membership period is January to December and a contact signs up in April, they pay only 75% of the membership fee. In this case, thankQ will provide information about the pro-rata calculation in the Calculation Info field on the Memberships form.
