For each contact, you can set preferences for the address to which different types of mailings should be sent and indicate any mailing types the contact does not wish to receive.

These preferences are configured on the Preferences tab under the Contact’s Communication module.

The following are a few different scenarios that you may come across when configuring mailing preferences.
