Event Statuses and CRM Managers can be refreshed on the Campaign under the Prospects tab.
Refresh Event Status
If the Prospect has changed their event status with any of the statuses displayed in the table, this information can be refreshed to show their current status

Event Attendance (in the applicable campaign years) Y = Attending/Did Attend N = Declined/Cancelled/Did Not Attend ? = Not on an event or status not any of the above |
1.Right click under the Prospects tab to refresh the statuses of Events
2.Select Refresh Event Status
3.Click OK
Refresh CRM Managers for All Prospects
If the Primary Manager and Secondary Manager changes on the contact form they can be refreshed on the campaign using this menu option.
1.Right click under the Prospects tab
2.Select Refresh CRM Managers for All Prospects
4.Click OK
The Prospect form:
The Primary and Secondary Managers are not showing on the Prospect form.
The Contact record:
On the Contact record the Primary Manager has been updated with a person working for your organisation who will be responsible for them.
After Refresh:
The colour also turns yellow for this field when there is a Manager
