Within the raffles form you can set the following Lookup Values:
Event --> Raffle Additional Info
Determines what Additional Information Names and Value you can optionally select in the Raffle's Additional Info tab. See here for more details: Additional Information
Event --> Default No. of Tickets For Recurring Raffle Purchases
Sets the default number of tickets that contacts will purchase if they choose to enter recurring raffles. Default is 1.
Event --> Default Purchase Frequency For Recurring Raffle Purchase
Sets the default frequency that tickets will be purchased in Recurring Raffles. Default is Monthly.
Event --> Process Recurring Raffle Purchase On
This determines the day of the month that the Recurring Raffle ticket payments are processed. You may select any date between the 1st and the 28th. Default is the 1st.
Event --> Recurring Raffle Purchase Types
This determines what Recurring Raffle Purchase Types you can select. Default is Call Centre, Courier and VIP.
Raffle Admin --> Number Years used in Group Org. Book Suggestion
Sets the number of years that thankQ will look back when suggesting the number of books a Group Organisation should get. See Add Books for more details on this option. Default is 3 Years.
Raffle Admin --> Only Allow Convert Whole Book To Online
When converting books of tickets to be online tickets this option ensures that only a whole book can be converted. By default this is set to Yes however this can be set to No if you want.
