Acquisition Data can be imported into thankQ, an excel spreadsheet created with a barcode field that can in turn be sent to a mailing house who will send out a mailing with the barcode on a remittance slip.

An inhouse mailing can be created from the import if not using a mail house.

When these contacts send in their donations the barcode can be scanned into the system and the new donor is created in thankQ if they do not already exist. A batch can be created for the payments.

Contacts can also be manually posted to the live database if a barcode scanner is not used.
