•To import information for thankQ to create Pledges you should include the following fields. If the payment type is Credit Card or Direct Debit those fields should also be included.

Note: if you are using a gateway eg Secure Pay and you will be using the Tokenise function to tokenise credit cards and direct debit payment types once you click the Tokenise workflow the credit card information is removed from the import spreadsheet so make sure you have a copy of them in case you have to reimport.

1.Finally, remove any column headings in row 6 that were copied earlier from your spreadsheet. Then Save and Close the template in the normal way.
