thankQ Help

An automated workflow option involves little or no interaction with the thankQ user after the import has been started. The user will be required to specify the various settings and information required for creating the import, then once they start the import, they will only be required to resolve suspected duplicates that were identified during the de-dupe process and to correct any data errors that were identified during validation.

Each Import step can be customised to be automatic or not, thus a User could configure the import process to be automatic right up to before the data is imported into the thankQ primary tables, then start the import into thankQ themselves.
