People will start making donations in relation to these mailings and once they are entered into thankQ against the appropriate Source Code you can then report on each of these segments.
1.Click on the Batch Information icon under the Finance module
2.Click New on the tool bar
3.Select a Batch Type
4.Enter a Batch Description that is relevant and can be searched on if required
5.Select an Account no.
6.Click on the Batch Defaults tab to select information that will flow through to the payment form
7.Click OK
8.Click on the Payment Detail tab and click on New Payment or click on New Payment under Workflow
or
9.Enter payment details, click OK
10.Continue entering payments as they come in with the relevant source codes
11.Process and Approve the payments as per your organisation procedures
