Any open Actions will be displayed with a hyperlink in the Open Actions panel on the Contacts Home Page. The Action will also be under the Actions tab of the associated record.
When Actions are ongoing there will be information that will be required to be updated on the Action.
When an Action is Closed the response can be updated indicating the outcome.
1.Click on the Actions tab under the Contact’s Communication menu option
2.Click on the magnified glass beside the Action

4.Enter the information
5.Click the Timestamp button
6.Click OK
