thankQ Help

A third party software such as Hopewiser or QAS can be installed as an addon to thankQ. This software will verify the address typed into the address field.

If you do not have this software, simply enter the address details into the appropriate fields.

1.Enter either the suburb and/or street name into the Address Search field.

2.Click on the correct street address to bring it into the Address Search field.

3.Click on the drop down beside the incomplete address and locate the number of the street.

The Postcode Lookup software will populate the address fields on the Form and calculate the AddressDPID (Delivery Point Identifier) and Address Barcode fields on the Addresses tab.
