If a tick was placed in the Hold in Drafts tick box the contacts that met that particular rule would be listed under this tab.

This is mostly used for testing purposes. Once you are happy with a Rule you would not use this feature.

A right click will display the menu options where you can either Go to the selected contact, Send either this contact or all contacts to the Outbox.
