1.Right click in the Donation Total, New Donations or New Donors field.
2.Select the New Existing and Recovered Donors Report.
NEW |
When a person’s first donation is recorded in thankQ. |
EXISTING |
If the same person makes a further donation in the same financial year, they will now be classed as an EXISTING donor.
Any contact that donates in either the previous financial year, current financial year or both financial years is classified as an EXISTING donor. |
RECOVERED |
An existing donor that did not donate in the last financial year and then donates in this financial year will continue to be classified as a RECOVERED donor. |
