thankQ Help

ThankQ offers a wide range of options for the general Administration of Memberships. These can be selected from the 6 Admin menu on the Membership Form.

These Administration options should only be used on advice from thankQ as most membership adjustments can be made by using the standard membership functionality, eg. Renewals, Upgrades, etc.

By selecting these options, thankQ will prompt for information regarding the change. For example, if you choose to change Membership Type, you will be prompted for the new type.
