Create Invoice in the workflow window is used to create invoices.

Create Invoice will generate a mail merge to a selected template within the Invoice folder.

An example template Sample Merchandise Invoice Template.dot has been setup which can be copied if desired.

The Create Invoice is available at the Despatching Stage.

Invoices can be generated in bulk for orders awaiting despatch by creating a mailing in Mail Manager.

Select Load Invoices from the workflow and select the option Merchandise.

The Merchandise option will only be available if there are invoices for the date range selected

 

1.Click on Create Invoice

2.Select the Merchandise Invoice Template

3.Click Open

thankQ merges fields into the Word template

4.Close and Log the Invoice into thankQ

5.Click Yes

6.Enter a relevant Subject

7.Click OK
