The Warehouses form shows information for every Warehouse, the Products that it stocks (Products Tab) and also the stock movement (Stock Movements tab) for each Product.
Information about any Scrapped Stock (Scrapped Stock tab) is also stored.

You may refer to your Warehouse as the Southern Warehouse but the actual location may be at Chullora Storage. You’ll therefore need to set up a Contact record for Chullora Storage before you set up the Warehouse. The Contact record will contain the physical address of your Warehouse. If you do not wish to set up a Contact record for the location of your Warehouse, you can enter the location information about the location directly into the Warehouses form. |
1.Click the New button on the Warehouses form. A unique Warehouse ID will be automatically assigned to the Warehouse ID field
2.Enter the Warehouse Name into the Name field
3.Select the Contact ID for the Warehouse, Press the Tab key
4.On the Details tab, enter the Location ID for the Warehouse’s location
5.Press Tab key. You can manually insert data into the Details tab if you wish.
6.Enter additional storing information about the Warehouse in the Description field, Click OK
